Located in the historic centre of Le Conquet, a fishing village, nestling in a natural harbour on the extreme north west tip of Finistère in Brittany. Only 50m awy from the ancient fishing port and the ferry terminal for theislands of Molene and Ushant, the hotel Le Vinotière offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
In the Iroise Sea, in order to protect passing ships, each potential danger along the coastline is marked by a lighthouse or a bouy. To indicate the extremity of the Kermorvan, which forms the opposite side of the harbour, there is the lighthouse called "Le Vinotière", to which the hotel owes it's name. All the rooms in the hotel are also named after other markers all magnificently situated in the channel extending from the point of St Matthieu, past the Molène archipeligo onto Ushant.
After a sailing trip on the Iroise Sea, a swim at "Grève Bleu" Cove, a stroll on the "Pirates Way", which follows the coastline, a visit to the crab port or a visit to Oceanopolis in Brest, why not visit the tearoom at Le Vinotière. Our lounge offers a wide variety of locally made cakes and snacks, as well as tea, coffee and hot choclates.
As a stop before a trip to the island of Molène and its archpeligo, the fishing port of Le Conquet will enchant you with its quaint old houses and magnificent views across the Iroise Sea.
Easily accessible from Brest airport and the railway station, Le Conquet is a perfect stopover where you can to enjoy life in a seaside village and the relaxed rhythm of our coasts.
